Our Cold Plunge Therapy offers a powerful, grounding reset through the ancient practice of cold immersion. Set in a private wellness area, this service invites you to step into chilled, circulating water designed to activate your body’s natural healing response — enhancing circulation, reducing inflammation, and increasing mental clarity.

The plunge tub is spacious, deep, and designed for comfort, giving you room to fully immerse and breathe through the cold. This practice is as much about mindset as it is about physical recovery — each session builds not only strength, but resilience from the inside out.

Currently offered during morning hours only, Cold Plunge sessions include fresh towels and space to breathe, reset, and re-enter your day with clarity.

What to Expect

You'll be guided to our cold plunge area, where you’ll have a private moment to prepare. Most participants begin with a short immersion (1–3 minutes) and gradually increase their time over multiple visits. The water is cooled and continuously filtered for freshness, and towel service is provided to support your post-plunge recovery. We encourage mindfulness and breathwork to guide you through the experience.
