At Resilience Wellness Studio, our massage offerings are designed to support both body and mind. Each session takes place in our serene Himalayan salt room, where the softly glowing walls promote relaxation, deeper breathing, and a sense of stillness from the moment you enter.

We offer a selection of massage styles to meet your needs — whether you're seeking stress relief, muscle recovery, or a gentle return to yourself:

  • Swedish Massage: Long, flowing strokes designed to soothe the nervous system, ease tension, and promote full-body relaxation.

  • Deep Tissue Massage: Focused, therapeutic work that targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release chronic tension and improve mobility.

  • Hot Stone Massage: Smooth, heated stones are placed and massaged into the body to deeply relax the muscles and enhance circulation.

All sessions are customized to your preferences and needs that day, allowing for a restorative experience that meets you where you are.

What to Expect

Your massage will take place in a warm, softly lit salt room designed to promote deep calm. Each appointment includes 50 minutes of hands-on massage, with a 60-minute total session time to allow for consultation, changing, and integration before and after your treatment.

Prior to your visit, you’ll be asked to complete a brief intake form to help us understand your preferences, wellness goals, and any health considerations. Completing this ahead of time ensures we can hold the full space for your massage experience without interruption.

The pace is unhurried, and the intention is to help you feel grounded, supported, and renewed.

  • Currently available by appointment only on Thursdays and Saturdays
