At Resilience Wellness Studio, our Red Light Therapy sessions use low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to help your body recharge on a cellular level. While you relax in a quiet space, the light penetrates just below the surface of your skin to stimulate your cells’ energy centers — like giving your body a natural boost from within.

This science-backed therapy is completely non-invasive and pain-free. You will feel a gentle heat and no discomfort — just warmth, stillness, and the subtle work of restoration.

What to Expect

During your session, you'll be guided to a private room where the red light panel will be positioned near your body while you have the option to stand or sit down. You will wear a pair of protective eye glasses before you begin your session. Most people feel calm and at ease within minutes. You’ll remain fully clothed (or can expose areas you'd like to target, such as your back or joints). There is no pain, no downtime, and no aftercare required, just light, rest, and restoration.
